Postage & Packing & Delivery terms

P&P is £10.50 for up to 4 plants. Click on the parcel symbol at the top of each page to pay for P&P then choose the plants you want.
All plants are in 2 litre pots, except for those in the 9cm shops.
UK MAINLAND DELIVERY ONLY

There is no minimum order requirement except for 9cm pots when orders must be 6 or more. The 9cm pots can be any mix of plants. Our postage and packing charges are £10.50 for one box of up to three plants, usually in 2l pots, or for 6 x 9 cm pots. We only send 3 x 2l pots of plants per package, but can get 4 in sometimes. If that is the case, we'll refund the cost of any extra but un-used postage if you start another box. We despatch when we have a full consignment and notify you when plants are going out.
Packages must be signed for as our couriers won't take them otherwise.

If you are going to be away, please do not order plants until you expect to be at home. Packages have to be signed for so if you're away or out, please authorise a neighbour to do this and instruct us via email as to who has your authorisation and give us their name & address.

As soon as the plants arrive, please unpack them and check them carefully, watering them if necessary. If there are any complaints, please contact us within a week of despatch so that we can discuss the matter with you. No plant can be replaced until the original has been returned to us and they will then be replaced at our expense but please bear in mind that only perfect plants are sold. The plants will be sent in perfect condition - all sub-standard plants here are thrown onto the compost heap! But while we use the best possible services, we cannot be responsible for delays or maltreatment in transit.

Shrubs in 2 litre pots will be between 18" to 3' tall with well-established root systems.

GIFT VOUCHERS

We are happy to despatch Hill House Nursery Vouchers to you or to anyone you name for whatever amount you wish. We can also issue Vouchers for a meal in the Tea Room. There is no limit to the time in which Vouchers can be used. Please ring us with a credit card number and all the details.

DELIVERY SERVICE

We can deliver plants up to 25 miles from here but there is a sliding scale of charges and if you email us on info@hillhousenursery.com or ring us on 01803 762273, we can tell you what that charge would be.
